Our project management services include coordinating with all required contractors, such as licensed plumbers, electricians, retaining wall builders, and concreters. We ensure that the project runs smoothly, though it remains the owner's responsibility to directly pay the contractors.
Contractor Coordination: We liaise with licensed professionals to ensure quality work on your property.
Design and Build Referrals: If needed, we can refer you to designers, architects, and builders who align with your vision, helping you achieve the sustainable and community-focused living environment you desire.
