We help you explore the potential of your property under "concessional zoning" guidelines, making it possible to accommodate a "single bedroom" dwelling while maximizing space and maintaining environmental integrity.

Concessional zoning allows for the reduction of the minimum lot size from let's say R 20 allows for a minimum of 350 square meters, which can be reduced to about 260 square meters, which encourages small footprint building whilst retaining trees of value and removing the cumbersome need for parking and turning space given this can be created in the front yard.
